Big C Career Night was held on February 2, 2004, in Haas Pavilion.  This was the 16th year for this popular program, providing a venue for current Cal student-athletes to meet with career planners and many former Cal athletes in order to learn about the opportunities available after graduation.  As always, the latest event was a resounding success, with all sports and all years well-represented by over 100 Cal student-athletes.

The evening began with dinner for the athletes at 6 pm.  This was followed by presentations from outstanding local business people in many diverse fields, including advertising, business, health, financial, legal, marketing, public safety and education. Consisting of panels of former Cal athletes in a particular occupation or field, they discussed the steps necessary to achieve their success beyond Cal, their career paths, and they answered all of the current athlete's questions.
